Assume a ready stance.

1.      Turn a 1/4 turn left (90 degrees) into a left back stance and left inside middle block.
2.      Step with the right foot into a right front stance and right straight punch.
3.      Turn a 1/2 turn right (180 degrees) into a right  back stance and right inside middle block.
4.      Step with the left foot into a left front stance and left straight punch.
5.      Turn a 1/4 turn left (90 degrees) into a left front stance and left low block.
6.      Step with the right foot into a right front stance and right high straight punch.
7.      Step with the left foot into a left front stance and left high straight punch.
8.      Step with the right foot into a right front stance and right high straight punch. (KIAI)
9.      Turn a 3/4 turn left (270 degrees) into a left back stance and left inside middle block.
10.    Step with the right foot into a right front stance and right straight punch.
11.    Turn a 1/2 turn right (180 degrees) into a right  back stance and right inside middle block.
12.    Step with the left foot into a left front stance and left straight punch.
13.    Turn a 1/4 turn left (90 degrees) into a left front stance and left low block.
14.    Step with the right foot into a right front stance and right high straight punch.
15.    Step with the left foot into a left front stance and left high straight punch.
16.    Step with the right foot into a right front stance and right straight punch.  (KIAI)
17.    Turn a 3/4 turn left (270 degrees) into a left back stance and left inside middle block.
18.    Step with the right foot into a right front stance and right straight punch.
19.    Turn a 1/2 turn right (180 degrees) into a right  back stance and right inside middle block.
20.    Step with the left foot into a left front stance and left straight punch.

Turn a 1/4 turn left (90 degrees) and assume a ready stance.
