Assume a ready stance.

1.    Turn a 1/4 turn left (90 degrees) into a left front stance and left low block.
2.    Execute a right front snap kick and step into a right front stance and right straight punch.
3.    Turn a 1/2 turn right (180 degrees) into a right  front stance and right low block.
4.    Execute a left front snap kick and step into a left front stance and left straight punch.
5.    Turn a 1/4 turn left (90 degrees) into a left front stance and left low block.
6.    Execute a right front snap kick and step into a right front stance and right straight punch.
7.    Execute a left front snap kick and step into a left front stance and left straight punch.
8.    Execute a right front snap kick and step into a right front stance and right straight punch.  (KIAI)
9.    Turn a 3/4 turn left (270 degrees) into a left front stance and left low block.
10.   Execute a right front snap kick and step into a right front stance and right straight punch.
11.   Turn a 1/2 turn right (180 degrees) into a right  front stance and right low block.
12.   Execute a left front snap kick and step into a left front stance and left straight punch
13.   Turn a 1/4 turn left (90 degrees) into a left front stance and left low block.
14.   Execute a right front snap kick and step into a right front stance and right straight punch.
15.   Execute a left front snap kick and step into a left front stance and left straight punch
16.   Execute a right front snap kick and step into a right front stance and right straight punch.  (KIAI)
17.   Turn a 3/4 turn left (270 degrees) into a left front stance and left low block.
18.   Execute a right front snap kick and step into a right front stance and right straight punch.
19.   Turn a 1/2 turn right (180 degrees) into a right  front stance and right low block.
20.   Execute a left front snap kick and step into a left front stance and left straight punch

 

Turn a 1/4 turn left (90 degrees) and assume a ready stance.
