- 5x Rockets: Jump as high as you can from a squat
- 5x Spiderman Jumps: Jump as high as you can from a squat and slap your feet with your hands once before you land
- 5x Ninja Jumps: From a kneeling position spring up to a squat, then jump as high as you can
- 5x Hurdles: Jump over an object of objects (sofa cushions, pillows, etc.) from a standstill starting and landing with feet together, and bringing the knees up high while jumping
All techniques should be thrown 5 times on each side against a kicking shield (if you don’t have one, use a sofa cushion or appropriately sized pillow, etc.)
