Assume a ready stance.
- Turn a 1/4 turn left (90°) into a left front stance and left low block.
- Step with the right foot into a right front stance and right straight punch.
- Turn a 1/2 turn right (180°) into a right front stance and right low block.
- Step with the left foot into a left front stance and left straight punch.
- Turn a 1/4 turn left (90°) into a left front stance and left low block.
- Step with the right foot into a right front stance and right straight punch.
- Step with the left foot into a left front stance and left straight punch.
- Step with the right foot into a right front stance and right straight punch. (KIAI)
- Turn a 3/4 turn left (270°) into a left front stance and left low block.
- Step with the right foot into a right front stance and right straight punch.
- Turn a 1/2 turn right (180°) into a right front stance and right low block.
- Step with the left foot into a left front stance and left straight punch.
- Turn a 1/4 turn left (90°) into a left front stance and left low block.

Sit Up
NOTE: To ensure the full range of motion, make the elbows pass over the knees as the chest contacts the legs. Breathe in as you lie down, breathe out as you sit up.
Push Up *Video Coming Soon!*
NOTE: Only the hands and toes should touch the floor. Feet together. Elbows pressed to ribs. Body completely straight--knees not sagging, rear end not sticking up, neck and spine aligned straight looking at floor. Elbows extend FULLY on the push up, entire body is lowered to within a few inches of the floor coming down, body remaining straight as a board throughout the process.
